To get to the village of Jachenau you take the B 13 via Lenggries until you reach the Bretonbridge. Here leave the B13 with a left turn. Following the signs you will drive along the state street 2072. After about 15 km (about 9.25 miles) you reach the center of Jachenau and you will be amazed about how many neighborhoods the village of Jachenau counts.
In case you prefer travelling by train take the "Bayrische Oberlandbahn" (BOB) from Munich to Lenggries. Change to a local bus that will take you to the village of Jachenau.
A very scenic drive is taking the road from Benediktbeuern and Kochel up to the lake of Walchensee. The road follows the southern bank of the lake and becomes a toll road that leads you to Jachenau. The toll is 3 EUR during daytime.
